As planned, Oppo teamed up with amazon india and launched their first mid-range smartphone under its sub-brand Realme. They’ve named this newly arrived handset as Realme 1. This handset is amazon exclusive and will be available to buy from May 25 onwards. Oppo’s has launched its realme sub-brand to give a tough competition to Xiaomi’s Redmi mid-range devices. At launch the company has also revealed the variants and pricing of this device.
The realme 1 device will release in three versions – 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. The launch price of 3GB/32GB model will be Rs.8990, for 4GB/64GB the price will be Rs.10990 and the 6GB/128GB model costs Rs.13990.
Talking about specs, the realme 1 mobile is offering best features and stylish glossy design for this price segment. Let’s see the features in detail; the realme 1 device has 6-inch FHD+ IPS display, dual sim slot, running on android 8.1 oreo with custom ColorOS 5.0 and a dedicated microSD slot (expandable up to 256GB).
It equipped with Mediatek Helio P60 A.I chipset (which is currently used on Oppo F7) and 2.0 GHz octa core processor. It has 13MP main camera at back and 8MP selfie camera at front. The camera features A.I beautify, A.I scene Recognition, vivid bokeh, AR stickers and more. However this handset failed to sport fingerprint sensor, but instead of that they’ve added face unlock option.
Other preloaded features are Wifi, bluetooth, dual 4G VoLTE, GPS, Micro USB 2.0 and GPS. It packed with 3410 mAh non-removable battery which supports AI battery management to shutdown the unwanted apps that draining the battery power. The available color options are diamond black and solar red.
