Moto Z2 Force owned by AT&T carrier has started to receive new major software update in U.S. This update brings most awaited android 8.0 oreo upgrade for this smartphone. Due to some technical issue, at&t carrier didn’t rolled out this software update for the past few months. However Verizon and T-Mobile has already released this oreo update for their customers.
The oreo firmware for moto z2 force arrives with new build number OCX27.109-47. The support page reveals the weigh of this update as 334 MB. As you know the roll out will happen in phases via OTA. The carrier support page says it will install the January 1 2018 security patch, but the users who updated their device has confirmed that it arrives with December 1st 2017 patch.
The oreo update adds new features to Moto Z2 Force like Picture in Picture mode, autofill form, smart text selection, notification dots, enhanced booting speed, improved battery saver etc. With this it may fix the bugs and boost the system stability.
